Jimdo – A free version as well as upgraded versions. Jimdo has a lowcost $5. version with tons of great features for the price.  The Free Version is also feature rich, including the ability to add a blog, flash, guest book, rss feed and more.

Yola - Another simple to use online site builder.  While the templates aren’t as nice in the free version as some of the other site builders, it is a good place to start.  I’ve created one a simple one to give you an idea here.

WebNode - Another coll free website builder that has some nice templates, simple to use, change the template headers with your own images.

Offering a free version and premium version SnackTools gives you a great way to add professional web widgets to your blog or website.

You can upload pdf files and turn them into professional flip books, download them, embed them on your site, share them on your social sites and more. Create animated banners, upload your own images, and more for anything you’d like a professional looking banner for.  The free version does a great job, but it does put a little watermark at the bottom of your banner that says created by bannersnack.

I had meant to get this out a few days ago, however, was tweaking my blog thinking I should have a new layout, which I ended up not liking and then when I went back to my old format all my widgets and other things were out of whack! Ok, well that’s a story for another day.

A friend recently showed me this neat little toolbar that you can easily add to your blog or your website that offers some great apps for your readers.

Vistors to your site  can tweet, write on your facebook fan page and share your content without leaving your website.

Visitors can even chat  with other visitors on your site, quickly see your most recent posts on your blog, contribute to your causes, and even play online games without leaving your site.

You can choose the apps you want on your toolbar, so if you don’t want to offer interactive gaming, just don’t put that app on your toolbar.  Setup is fairly easy, and you can use it on wordpress, a regular website, blogger, typepad, drupal, joomla, ning, tumbler, and vbulletien.

Several online logo makers are out there and most of them you need literally no experience, just choose a logo image, add your text, choose your colors and that’s all there is to it, your done!

Be creative, even if you don’t need a logo, maybe you just want some stand out text graphic on your site, and dont’ want to mess with an online grahpic generator, and these simple online logo maker tools are pretty handy.

Skrawlr is a a new web application that is currently in beta and is a simple way to create personal landing page, you can add a contact form, upload a background image if you choose, and input your twitter details.  Per the Scrawlr website “the easiest way to showcase your entire online life into a single page in under 60 seconds.” and I have to agree…it literally took me about that to set mine up.

I wanted to share a new app  I ran across today.  An online biz card generator, it’s free, it’s  pretty cool and as you know digital business cards are all the “rage” today, their easy to share, easy to customize, and of course save paper. Share them online, share them on your phones, share them by email.

Add your LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Skype or others like Foursquare, SoundCloud or Flickr to make your card complete. E can even send out optional friend requests with your card for some services.

So what do you need to get your Presentation Out there.

First, obviously you need a presentation.  A great Online Free tool for this is SlideRocket.com, great if you don’t have the need to invest in PowerPoint or similar software.

SlideRocket is an online software app that I mentioned before and it lets anyone create and store slideshow presentations all online, so you don’t need to own Powerpoint or any other presentation software.  You can upload images, video, add your test, etc… and make a great presentation and store and watch it online.

You also need a way to share your presentation.

You have the option of presenting it live using screensharing software or recording your presentation and uploading it to a host or server.  (both simple)

Live Online Presentations or Webinars -

Go To Meeting is a probably one of the most well known.
Mikogo free for up to 20 people and you have the ability to record
Join.me has a free version and a Very affordable monthly package

If your not familiar with screen sharing services, these services allow others to view your computer screen, so whatever documents you have showing on your computer screen they will be able to see them, they don’t have access to your computer or files so you don’t need to worry about anything like that, but they can see what you are seeing on your computer screen. Mmany of these services allow you to talk via phone or computer so that not only can they see what you are doing, they can hear you too.

If you don’t want to do a “live” online presentation, you can upload your presentation to a storage place online where others can access your slideshow, or you can record your slideshow with audio as a full presentation.

Screencast.com is a popular online storage and sharing service just for this, they offer a small free account and an affordable monthly account.  You need to save your files in the right format, upload them, and then give out your link url for where your presentation is located.

Slideshare.net is another great service, simply upload your presentation and share your link, almost as simple as it gets.

If you want to record your presentation with audio (or record anything on your screen for that matter) and don’t have the need to invest in Camtasia or other screen recording software a great online free tool is Screencast-o-matic.com

It’s an excellent online service that you can use for FREE and their Pro version is an incredibly low $9. PER YEAR, yes you heard that right just 9 bucks for an entire year.

Simply open your presentation you made in SlideRocket, put on your headset and microphone and record your presentation. You can even upload it to youtube in HD with the free version.  Now you have a professional slideshow presentation that you narrate for everyone to get a great summary of what you have to offer without all the added expenses and time of downloading and installing software, formatting, uploading, and all that good stuff.
