You know how you see those posts on Facebook that just have a cool image inserted in the post, often times with the posters information or website link on the graphic? Have you wanted to be able to do something like that yourself?
Alot of times on Facebook or other social media avenues you see a great image that you’d love to use or be able to create yourself, you can’t always use the one that was posted because the person that posted has their information, link, or other personal details on the image and you obviously don’t want to post their information on your posts. Plus posts with images often get read more often than a “plain” post.
So how do you do that? Now most of the time myself I use Adobe Fireworks or Photoshop, but for many that isn’t a viable method and you probably don’t have a need for full graphic software on a daily basis, so what do you do?
The internet has been a great source lately for lots of cool tools online, many of them with free versions and or affordable packages if you need more power… one tool like that that I have been trying out lately is PicMonkey, it is a great online tool that is Free and has paid versions as well, which I might add are very affordable.
PicMonkey is an online photo editor that you can use to edit images, add your text too, crop, resize images adjust colors and even create your own images from scratch with their backgrounds, themes, textures and overlays. Once you play around with it some I think you’ll love how simple it is and all the things you can do with it. When I’m in a hurry to get an image made, alot of times now I find myself opening up PicMonkey rather than Fireworks..it’s just that simple and fun.
Try it out and see what you can create and have more people looking at your social media posts!
